This policy explains what information Realist AI ("we", "us") collects on realist.ai, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It applies to everyone who visits the site, books a call, or contacts us.

  • Information you provide. When you book a call or submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any message or company information you choose to share.
  • Booking details. When you schedule a call, we record the meeting type, requested time, and your name and email so we can confirm and send calendar invitations.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic, such as pages visited and approximate location. This data is anonymous to us and does not include your name or email.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage your calls.
  • To send calendar invitations and booking confirmations via email.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising retargeting.

3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Booking records are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) and calendar invitations are processed through Google Calendar. Usage data is processed by Google Analytics. These services are operated by Google LLC and may store data on servers in the United States or other countries.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize returning visitors and produce aggregate reports. You can block analytics cookies using your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

Booking records are kept while the engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-ups, invoicing, and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your records at any time (see below).

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, email us at contact@realist.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
