These terms govern your use of realist.ai and the services offered by Realist AI ("we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Calls

Booking a call on this site schedules time with a Realist engineer. Confirmation and calendar invitations are sent to the email you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

  • You can reschedule or cancel a booking from the link in your confirmation email.
  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule so the slot can be offered to others.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in declined future bookings at our discretion.

3. Free Assessments and Advisory Calls

Free application checkups, readiness assessments, and initial advisory calls provide general guidance and are not a binding architectural commitment. Recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information you share, but you remain responsible for decisions made in response.

4. Paid Engagements

  • Paid engagements (for example, the Founders Package or fixed-price projects) are governed by the scope, pricing, and delivery terms agreed in writing before work begins.
  • Invoices are payable according to the payment terms on the applicable agreement.
  • Work product is delivered as described in the scope. We warrant that deliverables are provided in a professional manner; specific outcomes are not guaranteed where they depend on factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables created for you under a paid engagement are owned by you once paid in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, processes, and materials. The site content (text, design, and branding) belongs to Realist AI and may not be reused without permission.

6. Confidentiality

We keep the information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realist AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
